Inspired to reconnect with his Native heritage and to share it with others, artist Sam Zimmerman / Zhaawanoogiizhik returns home to family and his Ojibwe culture, and relates Ojibwe stories and underlying symbols through his artwork. Sam will also share an early preview of his work that he is doing in his Tettegouche State Park artist in residence.
