Little Agates Preschool is a Parent Aware Four Star Rated program for 3 to 5 year olds in the Lake Superior School District.
Little Mariners Preschool is a 4-Star Parent Aware rated program serving Silver Bay and surrounding communities.

If any of these forms pertain to your child, please complete the following forms and turn them into the Kids & Co coordinator before your child's first day of attendance.
Medication Authorization Form
Permission Form for Program Attendance - This form is for students who will be leaving Kids & Co to attend another educational or recreation program located within the school (i.e. summer school, Friday homework help, choir, etc)
Immunization Exemption Form - If your child is not immunized for whatever reason (i.e. religion, personal choice, etc.) his form has to be competed and notarized and turned into the coordinator before your child may attend Kids & Co.
