Adult Open Weight Room
Whether you are looking to learn about weightlifting, or want to get back into weightlifting, or simply expand on your current routine, then Adult Open Weight Room is for you! There will not be a certified instructor or coach. This is an open session for you to use the equipment and workout at your own pace. A supervisor is present to answer questions and provide safety advice with the equipment. Personal training references are also available, ask the supervisor!
