This women & girls lifting class for any age, is designed to teach you how to lift weights safely, confidently, and effectively—no matter your experience level. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance or someone who wants to feel stronger in everyday life, this class will break down proper technique, movement patterns, and strength fundamentals in a supportive environment. Learn how to build strength that transfers to your sport, reduces injury risk, and boosts confidence—inside and outside the gym.
