Beyond Belly Dance
Bring some color back into the winter blues and join us for belly dance! Get dressed up to work out, learning choreography to exercise both your mind and body. While we will review each step in detail, a basic knowledge of belly dance moves will increase your ability to both retain and enjoy the movements only belly dance can provide. Come join our tribe!!
