    Adult Open Weight Room - Mondays Whether you are looking to learn about weightlifting, or want to get back into weightlifting, or simply expand on your current routine, then Adult Open Weight Room is for you! There will not be a certified instructor or coach. This is an open session for you to use the equipment and workout at your own pace. A supervisor is present to answer questions and provide safety advice with the equipment. Personal training references are also available, ask the supervisor!     Agate Youth Football Spring Skills Camp

    Spring Skills Camp Come kickoff 2025 Agate Football with a fun, skill improvement camp instructed by the Agate Football staff and varsity student athletes. This camp will focus on basic football skills, speed, and agility. Spring camp is a great opportunity for kids to continue to improve their football skills, and for anyone that would like to give football a try.     Deep Water Aqua Fitness - Mondays This intermediate level class offers non-impact, cardiovascular and strength training performed in pool! Warm up and cool down will be conducted in the shallow end. Workout includes exercise in the deep end wearing a flotation belt. Must be comfortable in deep water. Equipment provided.   • Driver Improvement, 55+ Driver Discount Program

    Driver Improvement, 55+ Driver Discount Program Starting July 1st, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for an 8 hour initial course. It has been reduced to simply a 4 hour course requirement. This registration is for both initial people and those needing the refresher. Taught by a MN Hwy Safety Center trained instructor, it will explore changes in traffic laws, the latest vehicle technology, traffic safety, and accident prevention. Completion of this class qualifies for a 10% reduction on automobile insurance premiums in MN for those ages 55 and over. Please bring a pen or pencil.     Mindful Making: T-shirt Yarn and Crocheted Totes Do you have stained or ripped t-shirts? Or other clothing that holds sentimental value? Rather than adding to the 11 million tons of material sent to landfills, learn how to repurpose those items into something useful. Use mindful techniques to create t-shirt yarn and crochet baskets, totes, or hot pads. Bring a very sharp pair of scissors to cut material and a large crochet hook (N is best, but K-N would be acceptable). This class is open to men and women at all levels and can be modified for each individual. Dress in comfortable clothing. If you have an exercise mat and 3 or 5 pound weights, please bring them with you. This class will continue on a month to month basis .     Walking For Your Health

    Walking For Your Health Is it too cold or icy to walk outside? Walkers are welcome to use the THHS for exercise Monday through Thursday 4:00 - 7:00 PM. Strollers are allowed, but for safety reasons, running or jogging behind strollers is not allowed. At THHS, in the upper lot you can enter at Door #1 (main door); park in any space that is not numbered. If you come in the lower level, enter through door #12; park in the spaces at the Western side of the lower lot. Clean walking shoes and an ID badge are required. Your $3 fee covers the cost of the walker ID badge and lanyard (payable in the Community Education office). If you purchased a badge in the past, please bring it in to get a new free pass card. You can pick up your pass in the Community Education office. The building will not be open on school holidays and breaks or during inclement weather.
