    Adult Open Weight Room - Mondays Whether you are looking to learn about weightlifting, or want to get back into weightlifting, or simply expand on your current routine, then Adult Open Weight Room is for you! There will not be a certified instructor or coach. This is an open session for you to use the equipment and workout at your own pace. A supervisor is present to answer questions and provide safety advice with the equipment. Personal training references are also available, ask the supervisor!     Agate Cheer Clinic, Grades K-6 Your athlete will learn some crowd cheers, sidelines, and a cheer to perform at the game. If Minnehaha students need to ride the bus over to the high school, the varsity cheerleaders will meet them when they get off the bus. Pick up should be at the main doors, as we will wait for parents as a group. The performance will be at the boys' basketball game, January 31st.     Barn Quilt Workshop Painting barn quilts is a popular, lively and rewarding 4 hour class of guided instruction which will take you through the process of barn quilt painting from beginning to completion. You will learn how to create a barn quilt that looks professional. You will leave with your own masterpiece, ready for hanging and unequivocal admiration. Materials included for class: ~ 2’ x 2’ Aluminum Composite. It is a premium grade material that professional sign makers use. It will never rust or rot. It is lightweight and easy to hang but very sturdy and great to work on. ~60 plus fabulous paint colors to choose from.     Driver Improvement, 55+ Driver Discount Program Starting July 1st, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for an 8 hour initial course. It has been reduced to simply a 4 hour course requirement. This registration is for both initial people and those needing the refresher. Taught by a MN Hwy Safety Center trained instructor, it will explore changes in traffic laws, the latest vehicle technology, traffic safety, and accident prevention. Completion of this class qualifies for a 10% reduction on automobile insurance premiums in MN for those ages 55 and over. Please bring a pen or pencil.
