Stretch and Tone

This class is designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility; increase core stability and bone density by combining light weight lifting with weight bearing exercise and stretching. This class is open to men and women at all levels and can be modified for each individual. Dress in comfortable clothing. If you have an exercise mat and 3 or 5 pound weights, please bring them with you. This class will continue on a month to month basis .

Instructor: Melanie Mojkowski

Mondays and Wednesdays (class will continue each month based on enrollment).
