OUR MISSION & PHILOSOPHY We provide an inclusive out of school care program that supports the needs and priorities of the child, the family, and the school. Our programs facilitate the development of the whole child through meaningful experiences, programs, and collaborations that build relationships and a sense of community. Eleyo Help Sheets FORMS If any of these forms pertain to your child, please complete the following forms and turn them into the Kids & Co coordinator before your child's first day of attendance. Medication Authorization Form Permission Form for Program Attendance - This form is for students who will be leaving Kids & Co to attend another educational or recreation program located within the school (i.e. summer school, Friday homework help, choir, etc) Immunization Exemption Form - If your child is not immunized for whatever reason (i.e. religion, personal choice, etc.) his form has to be competed and notarized and turned into the coordinator before your child may attend Kids & Co.

Enrollment for the 2024- 2025 is open! 2024 - 2025 School year Information: Little Agates 4’s: Children must be 4 by Sept 1st, 2024 Tuition = $275 4 days per week for 3 hours Registration fee = $50 Little Agates 3’s: Children must be 3 by September 1, 2024 Tuition = $205 3 days per week for 3 hours Registration fee = $50 Wrap care may be available through TH Kids & Co! Please contact: kgraden@isd381.org for availability. Children must be toilet trained to attend our preschool programs. Children must complete Early Childhood Screening before attending Preschool 4’s programs. Our preschool programs provide a fun, educational and welcoming learning environment. We focus on building social emotional skills, literacy and language, physical and emotional wellness as well as preparing them to be part of our K-12 learning path. Our objectives utilize developmentally appropriate activities which enhance a child's social development (particularly play and getting along with other children, relating to other adults, interacting as a group member, and learning to follow directions, etc.); To enhance a child's creativity through art projects, music experiences, dramatic play, story time, etc.; To stimulate a child intellectually by exposing the child to concepts and ideas and letting the child internalize on his/her own; not direct teaching or measuring accomplishments. To have fun! Children need to be registered for Preschool by September 1 of the applicable school year to attend. Once the year has started students are not typically added to the classroom. Late or mid-year enrollments may be considered depending on the class size and child's previous preschool enrollment. Are concerned about paying Preschool tuition? We have several options to help. If your family is eligible for free or reduced lunch, you may qualify for a Pathway 1 Early Learning Scholarship or Pathway 2 Early Learning Scholarship which would cover 100% of tuition. Pathway 1 Early Learning Scholarship Pathway 2 Early Learning Scholarship You may be eligible for reduced tuition based on your family’s income. Income verification for the last 2 pay periods or last year’s income is required to determine where your family falls on our Sliding Fee Scale. William Kelley School Silver Bay We are a 4 star parent aware rated program, which is the highest rating awarded. We provide high quality education that nurtures the whole child. 2024-2025 4's Preschool is FULL. ** Please register on the waitlist ** It is important to register on the waitlist if you are at all interested in 4's preschool for 2024-2025. If/when spots become available, students are accepted from the waitlist in the order they registered. 2024 - 2025 School year Information: Little Mariners 4’s: Children must be 4 by Sept 1st, 2024 Tuition = $275 3 days per week for 4 hours Registration fee = $50 Little Mariners 3’s: Registration is open year round. Renaissance tickets can be purchased at the gate or ahead of time through the Minnesota Renaissance website. Community Education is taking a trip to the Minnesota Renaissance Festival in Shakopee MN! A long time Minnesota tradition, the festival is a gathering of the finest crafters and artisans, a cornucopia of food, challenging and adventurous games, music, and stages full of acts of comedy and skill from this historic time period.On Saturday September 21st the bus will leave William Kelley School parking lot in Silver Bay at 7:30am and travel to Two Harbors. The bus will depart the Two Harbors High School Cedar Road parking lot at 8:15am. The bus will travel straight to the Renaissance, arriving about 11:30am. The bus will load again at 4:30pm, returning to Two Harbors at approximately 7:30pm, and then on to Silver Bay. This trip is open to all ages. Children 18 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Minnesota State Fair ~ August 26th, 2024 The deadline to register is August 8th, 2024 The cost is $40 per person. Includes the motor coach transportation only. State Fair tickets can be purchased at the gate or ahead of time through the state fair. Community Education is again taking a trip to the Minnesota State Fair! Monday, August 26th is a designated “Seniors Day”, with special activities and deals at the fair for those 65 and older. The bus will leave William Kelley School parking lot in Silver Bay at 7:30am and travel to Two Harbors. The bus will depart the Two Harbors High School parking lot at 8:15am. The bus will travel straight to the fair, arriving about 11:30am. The bus will load again at 4:30pm, returning to Two Harbors at approximately 7:30pm, and then on to Silver Bay. TWO HARBORS QUILTERS Do you love quilting? Two Harbors Quilters is a quilt group that meets once a month to share ideas and techniques while having FUN! This group is not a quilt guild. There are no dues, no rules, and no quilt police. We will be under the umbrella of the Two Harbors Community Education Program. A typical meeting will consist of a brief welcome and introduction, a game and prize drawing, demonstration, show and tell, question and answer session, idea sharing, and special activities and projects. Ideas for group activities and meetings content will be up to all members. New ideas welcome! Activities could include swap events, challenges, guest speakers, quilt alongs, charity work, trash to cash events, block lotto, trunk shows, quilt shows and more! This group is open to everyone interested in quilting. All skill levels are welcome. Dates for meetings will be the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at T.H.H.S. in the Community Room.
